Our School

Christian Academy of Madison, established in 2007, is a nondenominational Christian school located in rural Madison, Indiana, serving approximately 160 students from seven counties in Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky in grades PreK-12. CAM’s student body is economically and academically diverse, with 70% seeking the Indiana School Choice Scholarship and 15% having some form of learning need.

Our Mission

The mission of the Christian Academy of Madison is to PARTNER with the student’s home and church; to PROVIDE a Christ-centered learning environment; to PROMOTE spiritual, academic and personal growth; and to PREPARE students for a lifetime of service to the Lord.

Our Vision

Students from the Christian Academy of Madison will acquire wisdom and knowledge through the lens of a Biblical worldview, which will be evidenced by a godly lifestyle of character, leadership, service, stewardship, and worship.

Our Core Values

Christ-Centered

CAM is a distinctively Christian school, where Christ is at the center of who we are, what we do, and what we teach. CAM’s faculty and staff are born-again Christ-followers who are committed to Christian education, devoted to supporting families as they raise their children God’s way, and burdened for the academic and spiritual growth of the students in their care. Instruction is provided from a biblical worldview and integrates the morals and values of the Bible to train students to live for Christ in a fallen world.

Achievement-Focused

With a student body that exemplifies a wide variety of backgrounds and learning levels, CAM strives to meet students’ needs with engaging, assessment-driven instruction, high academic expectations, and home-to-school partnerships that meet learner diversity. CAM’s faculty also builds relationships that attend to the whole child, encourage student growth, and prepare them for future educational and career goals.

Mission-Minded

It is CAM’s desire to train students who love God, love their communities, and love others. The school provides biblically-based character development and opportunities for students to serve God at home and abroad, developing students who strive to share the gospel and minister to others through their example, words, and actions both now and for years to come.

Our Accreditation

CAM holds Freeway Accreditation through the State of Indiana and is accredited regionally by Cognia and internationally through the Association of Christian Schools International.
