If you are giving in honor of a student, please include that student's name in the note area.

NOTE:  If you are giving for the calendar fundraiser, please give the money directly to the student requesting the donation unless you are purchasing a FULL calendar.  Each student is supposed to be keeping track of the money given and they cannot do that if you give through this page.
